We had a fantastic stay at Dorset Holiday Barns in May. The converted barn was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The spacious rooms and modern bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well-equipped and the thoughtful extras like milk, biscuits, and a bottle of wine made us feel welcome. The location was peaceful and nearby attractions like Sherborne were easily accessible. The puzzles, games, and DVDs provided kept our child entertained. a wonderful experience!
We do recommend this hotel.

The barn was nicely converted and had spacious rooms. the bathrooms were modern and even had soap pumps. the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery. the location was quiet and close to the nearby town. On top of that, there were some nice welcoming touches like milk, biscuits, crisps, and a bottle of wine.
The property was quite warm when we arrived because the windows were closed for security reasons, which made sense but was uncomfortable. the parking space was a bit tight for two estate cars.

We recently stayed at the Shippens in Sherborne for a week and had a fantastic time. The barn was clean and well-organized, with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had some basic supplies provided, which was a lovely touch. The puzzles, games, and DVDs for children kept our little one entertained, and the private walk to Nether Compton was magical. We also appreciated the on-site parking and the great location, close to Sherborne and Yeovil. Highly recommend this hotel.
Do recommend this hotel.

Quirky Barn Design: The holiday home had a unique barn design, complete with a patio that offered beautiful garden views. It felt like stepping into a charming countryside retreat, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Tight Parking Space: The only minor inconvenience was the tight parking space available. Maneuvering two estate cars was a bit challenging, but manageable.

Stayed in this barn with free WiFi and a garden view. Loved watching streaming services on the flat-screen TV while enjoying a glass of wine/champagne provided. Airport nearby. Appliances available. Cozy seating area. WiFi in all areas.
Hilarious that the holiday home didn't have a hot tub. Who needs relaxation and bubbly goodness when you can just stare at the garden view?
